Nia Scents Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Nia scent.

Because fragrance is personal, we understand that occasionally a scent may not be what you expected. Where eligible, Nia Scents may offer an exchange for a different scent.

Scent Exchanges

If you simply don't like the scent you selected, you may request an exchange provided that:

• The perfume oil has not been used.
• The bottle is still in its original condition.
• The product has not been damaged, altered, diluted or tampered with.
• The original packaging is still intact where applicable.
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• You provide proof of purchase/order details.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, used or opened perfume oils are not eligible for a scent exchange due to a change of preference.

No Cash Refunds for Change of Preference

If you simply decide that you do not like the scent you selected, Nia Scents does not normally provide a cash refund.

Instead, an eligible unused product may be exchanged for another available Nia scent of equal value.

If the replacement scent costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

If the replacement scent costs less, [choose one: the difference will be credited to you / the difference will not be refunded].

Incorrect or Defective Products

If we send you the wrong scent, or your product arrives with a manufacturing or packaging defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Products That Cannot Be Exchanged

We cannot accept exchanges for products that:

• Have been used or sprayed.
• Have been opened or tampered with.
• Have been damaged after delivery.
• Have been altered or contaminated.
• Are missing their original packaging where the packaging is required for the exchange.
• Are returned outside the applicable exchange period.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us at sales@niastudio.store with:

1. Your order number.
2. The scent you purchased.
3. The scent you would like instead.
4. The reason for your exchange request.
5. Photos of the product where requested.

Do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Where an exchange is requested because you simply changed your mind or did not like the fragrance, the customer is responsible for the applicable costs of returning and receiving the replacement product, unless Nia Scents agrees otherwise.

Where the exchange is required because Nia Scents sent the wrong product or the product was defective, Nia Scents will determine the appropriate delivery arrangement.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Kenyan law.

All information, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, branding and other content published on this website are provided for general information and shopping purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, Nia Scents does not guarantee that every piece of website content will always be complete, current or free from errors.
