Nairobi Pickup Customers in Nairobi can collect their orders from our designated pickup point. Delivery to our Nairobi pickup point is FREE. Once your order has arrived at the pickup point, we will notify you using the contact information provided when placing your order. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it. Delivery Outside Nairobi Orders being delivered outside Nairobi are sent through Pickup Mtaani or another delivery method selected by Nia Scents where necessary. Delivery fees for locations outside Nairobi may vary depending on the destination and delivery service used. Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed or communicated to you before your order is dispatched. Delivery Times Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the delivery provider, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside Nia Scents' control. Nia Scents is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, incorrect customer information, inaccessible locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
